Really a nifty little box. The digital to analog picture quality is terrific and the Channel Guide rivals the satellite tv guides.

The tuner works really well.  But it took several calls to tvanntennasale.com to get it configured and recognized - the manual leaves a whole lot to be desired.  After the phone calls and a lot of trial and error I'm now recording the shows I receive on my antenna.  The price was really good so I guess I can deal with a lousy manual as long as customer support is as understanding as these guys are.

It had problems with a mobil HD - 250 Gig after 4 hours of recording. Keep saying, usb removed then usb" in" after 5 seconds.  But it stopped the recording twice with this message.  Bought a Scandrive 32 Gig and it worked fine for 2 hours ? Need a manual I can read.. too small. and I have questions  for formating the usb? and timing and scheduling later. -- RESPONSE:  If you need help, Call Us at 1-800-542-6379

This devise kept locking up and I would have to restart it constantly.  TVAntennaSale allowed me to return  it with no argument.

Box worked fine out of the BOX.
Specifications/ Data for USB HardDrive is limited.
Should at least be a listing of Record Minutes per GigaB.
Trivial Point: Some of the "Language" is unique in application.
Does NOT have a separate scan for ONLY Radio.

I bought two of this unit and I'm very happy with it. After connecting to the Lava antennae, I was able to scan and get plenty of local channels with great clarity.
I would recommend others to buy this unit if they still have an older TV's (not HD) and still utilize the usefulness of the old TV.
