I think it works right  . I know the government made this for people who don't have cable. I think it should be  better and stronger.

Love it!!! FREE HD TV!!!
The remote isn't the best = you have to point it right at the Tuner for it to work but I was shocked to see how good the unit RECORDS onto a Flash Drive :) I paid $150 for a Samsung Tuner that died after a few years and was glad I found this unit to replace it for 1/3 the price and the Samsung didn't even record?!?!?!

Program information does not display most of the time , nor does channel programing (deletions) store in memory permanently (have to keep reentering same channel deleation information when turning unit back on! On line help does not cover these problems and tech support has the same trouble with their units! Note : my old Zenith units display program information for the same channels even when these will not!

The instructions on putting antenna together were not precise. I had to call and was given # to tech support, once we went over difficulty's , then it went together much better. I am happy with reception, much better picture quality now than with cable or satalite. If somethings not coming in clear I just use remote to turn antenna a little and it comes in clear. Distance advertised is pretty correct in my area. Now I won't be paying $85.00 a month

Given the reviews of customers for similar products on other websites, I was apprehensive.  However, the product worked as promised. Set up was easy.  I am very pleased with the product and its capabilities, especially given its price point.

This tuner solved my problem of being able to use my monitor(which I thought was a tv) to be able to watch tv programs. I was able to attach my new digital antenna to my monitor with this tuner.  
Love it!
